The Nukleuz Hardcore Podcast has been nominated in the prestigious Hardcore Heaven Awards in the Best Radio Show/Podcast catagory.

Still in its infancy, the Nukleuz Podcast was launched in January this year and in the last 6 months has quickly become on the premier Hardcore podcast in Hardcore. Each episode is hosted by Nukleuz’s resident Hardcore Producer and DJ – JAKAZiD with special guest DJ mixes from Hardcore’s biggest DJ’s as well as showcasing Hardcore rising DJ talents. So far we have had top mixes from the likes of Al Twisted, Nu Foundation, DJ Thumpa, The DJ Producer,and M Project.

Hello and welcome to the Nukleuz Hardcore Podcast episode 007.

Hardcore resident JAKAZiD is delighted to welcome DJ Thumpa who provides the show with this weeks guest mix.

JAKAZiD found time to prepare us the latest hardcore podcast for the masses before jetting out to Chicago in the States to DJ over the weekend.
Without doubt the tracks he is showcasing this time will be played in his sets this weekend, so hardcore fans are in for a treat!

In the 2nd half of the show we have our 5th guest mix of the series.
This time its DJ Thumpa, displaying the wonders of his up and coming hardcore record label ‘ReBuild Music.’

AL TWISTED
Scottish producer, promoter and crowd rocker Al Twisted lives and breathes Hardcore!

Since his first vinyl release in 2004 Al has racked up an impressive back catalogue of vinyl releases and CD appearances on labels like Industrial Strength (USA),
Traxtorm (Italy),
This Is Terror (Netherlands),
GGM Raw (UK) and
Cheese Graterz (UK) as well as a host of the biggest UK Hardcore labels.

November 2009 saw the launch of his own Industrial and Darkcore vinyl label Motormouth Recordz which features an impressive global roster of artists Matt Green, The Horrorist, Tieum, Igneon System, Razor Edge, Satronica, The Relic and Sandy Warez.

Al has also performed at the biggest events up and down the UK such as Hardcore Heaven, Fantazia and Vibealite as well as holding residencies at and co-promotes, both of Scotland’s biggest Hardcore techno / Gabber institutes:
Twisted & Brainfire’s Darkside (est. 1999) and Impact (est. 2002).
He was also nominated for Best Hardcore Techno DJ at the famous Hardcore Heaven Awards 2009.

December 2009 saw Al’s Dutch debut at Ik Ben Je Bitch Niet, performing in the Darkcore / Industrial area.

JAKAZiD the resident of the Nukleuz Hardcore podcast welcomes you to episode 004 and the 2nd guest mix of the series. The 2nd guest mix is provided by the very talented Nu Foundation, who has a mix splattered with exclusives.

After JAKAZiD and Nukleuz turned back the books with a special historical look at the Hardcore EP series in the previous episode, JAKAZiD showcases the latest material that has his tail wagging and he can’t leave out of his sets.
No doubt he will be playing these in a weeks time, when he plays in Poland.

Nu Foundation

Nu Foundation’s debut might have been “Takin’ My Time”, but it didn’t take much time at all for his rapid ascent into the scene’s production elite.
After that inarguable anthem, released on Seduction’s label Maximum Impact, and featuring on “Hardcore Nation 2″, this was followed up in short order with high profile remixes for Scott Brown, amongst others. This led to a “Bonkers” debut not only with his remix of “Lost Generation”, but on the atypical tip with “In Kontrol” on the Sharkey & CLSM feat. Kutski mix.
Further work for Nukleuz and album appearances on “Hardcore Heaven 4″, “World’s Greatest Hardcore”, “Hardcore Nation 3″ and “Hardwired” followed.

On the vinyl front Nu Foundation showed off his diversity with the “Takin’ My Time” EP on Warped Science, featuring the rave breaks track “Signal 2 Noize”, following on from his earlier release on Warped Science: “Liberation” / “Closer”, on top of providing the flip-side remix for Al Storm’s “Never Ever”.

Last but certainly not least, he ably assisted on the masterpiece that is “Hardcore Underground Vol.3″, signed to Hardcore Underground, and is currently getting serious playtime with the massive underground anthems “In Your Head” and “Open Your Heart”. Big things, coming…..

M-Project

Based in Tokyo, M-Project started producing Spanish style hardcore techno called “Makina” in 2000, and in the past decade has managed several Japanese hardcore labels including “Mob Squad Tokyo”, “Burning Chrome Record”, and now “Terraform Music”.
In the past few years the name of M-Project has become an internationally recognised name in the hardcore scene (all the while concealing his true identity under an elaborate disguise), playing gigs overseas in the US and getting a number of his tracks signed to major Spanish makina label Bit Music.
On top of this, he has enjoyed a cult following amongst gamers owing to his original works and productions being featured in Konami’s Beatmania IIDX game franchise, including “All I Need Your Love”, “Desire” and “Lovely Storm (Makina Mix)”.
